PlusConvert provides digital tools for processing, managing and converting PDF and related document formats. Results should be reviewed before important use.

Account Registration
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
Free Plan
Free access is available with the limits shown on the Pricing page. No payment card is required to start the Free plan.
Paid Plans
Pro and Premium provide higher usage and file-size limits as described on the Pricing page. Benefits apply only while the subscription is eligible and active.
Billing
You are charged the price and billing period selected before checkout. Taxes and payment details may be shown by the checkout provider.
Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Renewal uses the selected monthly or yearly billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel through Dashboard → Billing before the next billing period. Access normally remains active until the end of the already-paid period shown in your account.
Refunds
Eligible requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a completed charge.
Usage Limits
Plans include reasonable daily operation and file-size limits. We may enforce those limits to protect service stability and prevent abuse.
Acceptable Use
Do not use PlusConvert for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing activity, unauthorized access, malware, automated abuse or interference with the service.
User Files
You remain responsible for files you process and must have the rights and permissions needed to use them.
Intellectual Property
You retain rights in your files. PlusConvert and its original software, design, branding and content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Account Suspension
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, payment problems or material violations of these terms.
Availability and Liability
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited reasonably and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Payment Processing
Payments for PlusConvert paid plans are processed by Creem, acting as our Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment processing, receipts and, where applicable, transaction taxes.
