Subscription information
We store the current plan, subscription status, billing cycle, relevant dates and the customer, subscription and product identifiers needed to synchronize billing.
Payment Processing
Payment information is processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. PlusConvert does not directly store full payment card details.
Document processing
Local tools keep supported files in your browser. Professional conversion, PDF/A and compression transfer the selected file directly to CloudConvert. AI summary and translation send extracted document text to OpenAI. Each provider receives data only to complete the requested operation.
Service providers
OpenAI Sites supplies hosting infrastructure; CloudConvert provides professional document processing; OpenAI provides AI summary and translation; our payment provider handles paid-plan transactions; Google Sheets may receive signup profile data when optional synchronization is enabled.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including server-side authorization and signed payment webhooks, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Cookies and analytics
Essential storage supports language and session functions. Non-essential analytics or advertising must follow the consent choices presented to you.
